1. Who we are

Inspirate Media is an influencer marketing agency run by Mouhcine Sain, based in Temara, Morocco. Inspirate Media (“we”, “us”) is responsible for the personal data collected through inspiratemedia.com.

2. What data we collect

  • When you contact us (“Launch a campaign” or “Book a call”): your name, work email, company and budget range (both optional), your message and the topic of your request. For security, the email we receive also includes the date and your IP address.
  • When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address, the date and your IP address.
  • When you browse the site: our hosting provider automatically records technical data (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and date) in server logs, to keep the site running and secure.

We never ask for sensitive data. Please don’t include any in your messages.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer your request and discuss a possible collaboration. This is based on your request and on our legitimate interest in replying to it.
  • To send you our newsletter, about once a month. This is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To protect the site against spam and abuse, for example by limiting how often a form can be sent. This is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
  • To meet our legal obligations, where applicable.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising profiles or automated decisions.

4. Cookies and tracking

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts and images are hosted on our own server. Our hosting provider’s security system may set a strictly necessary technical cookie to tell real visitors from bots. It is not used to track you.

5. Who can access your data

  • Inspirate Media, to handle your request or send the newsletter.
  • Hostinger, our hosting and email provider, which stores the website, the messages sent through the forms and the newsletter list on our behalf.

We only share your data with anyone else if the law requires it, or with your agreement (for example, if you ask us to put you in touch with a creator).

6. Where your data is stored

Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger. Its servers may be located outside Morocco, for example in the European Union. Hostinger processes this data on our behalf and applies its own security measures.

7. How long we keep it

  • Contact requests: up to 3 years after our last exchange. If we work together, as long as the collaboration and our legal obligations require.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Anti-spam data (a scrambled version of your IP address): about 10 minutes.
  • Server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.

8. Your rights

Under Moroccan law 09-08 and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data and object to its use. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example to stop receiving the newsletter. Where applicable, you can also receive a copy of your data or ask us to limit its use.

To use these rights, email hello@inspiratemedia.com. We will reply within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNDP in Morocco (www.cndp.ma) or, if you live in the European Union, with your local data protection authority.

9. Unsubscribing from the newsletter

Reply to any newsletter email, or write to hello@inspiratemedia.com with “Unsubscribe”, and we will remove your email from the list.

10. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to form messages and to the newsletter list is restricted to Inspirate Media, and the files that store them cannot be opened from the web.

11. Children

Our services are meant for businesses. This site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
